Role - SAP FICO Consultant
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced hands-on FICO Consultant with a strong background in SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and AMS support. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to align with our clients' business requirements. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise in SAP FICO and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and technical teams. Experience working within an Onsite/Offshore Delivery model and strong communication skills are essential for this position.

- 4-6 years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA modules such as FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and logistics.
- Experience in configuring and deploying key S/4HANA functionalities like CDS Views, AMDP, HANA database, and Fiori/UI5.
- Proven expertise in SAP migration from ECC to S/4HANA and experience in data migration strategies and execution.
- Ability to integrate S/4HANA with third-party systems using OData, APIs, or other integration tools (e.g., SAP PO, CPI).
- Strong understanding of HANA-based performance optimization, leveraging HANA’s in-memory capabilities.
- Certified in SAP S/4HANA and/or in specific S/4HANA modules (FI, CO, MM, SD).
- Prior experience working with clients in the media industry or large enterprise environments is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and optimizing live S/4HANA environments through AMS.
Responsibilities
- S/4HANA Implementation: Lead or contribute to the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
- End-to-End Process Design: Collaborate with functional teams to design and optimize key business processes across finance, logistics, procurement, sales, and supply chain, utilizing the full capabilities of SAP S/4HANA.
- System Configuration: Configure SAP S/4HANA modules based on client-specific requirements, including FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, or logistics modules.
- Data Migration & Integration: Lead data migration activities, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to S/4HANA. Manage integration points between S/4HANA and other systems, including third-party software.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct performance tuning, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and ensure S/4HANA solutions are optimized for performance and scalability.
- AMS (Application Management Services): Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA, addressing user issues, system incidents, and delivering enhancements as needed.
- Training & Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation for S/4HANA configurations and solutions. Provide training and support to business users to ensure smooth adoption of S/4HANA functionalities.
